Excellent massage! Started relaxing and soothing before he dug into areas where I had the most tension. I swear my calf was being ripped in half but today I woke up with no heel/plantar pain. Miracle worker! Alex is super nice and asked what my trouble spots were, make sure you tell him what you want!

The massage room was inside of the South Park Yoga & Wellness studio. The massage therapist, Alex, was laidback and friendly. He asked me what I wanted to focus on and explained what he was doing as needed. The massage itself was one of the best I’ve ever had. He worked on pressure points throughout my body and thoroughly released the muscles in each area. The neck massage he gave me was simply the best neck massage I’ve ever had. He was able to do very deep pressure which is what I wanted and needed. I left feeling like I had more mobility in my neck, arms and shoulders. I will definitely be coming back!
My massage with Alex was so great. I’ve been experiencing pain from a lower back injury for some months now. I’ve had plenty of other massages since, but none have provided the relief that I have now after my massage with Alex last night. Really nice deep tissue massage from Alex. I have always been a super tense person, and have a lot of shoulder problems. Came in with a really bad knot on my back but discovered that so much of it was through my hips and hamstrings.
