1. Program Description

South Park Massage Therapy ("we," "us," "our") offers a text messaging program for people who submit our contact form at https://southparkmassagetherapy.com/contactus-514894 and choose to receive text messages. By opting in, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The program has two separate message types. You can sign up for either or both.

Customer Care messages: replies to your inquiries, appointment coordination, and follow-up related to an existing inquiry.

Promotional messages: special offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in by giving us your mobile number on our contact form and checking the box for each message type you want.

The customer care box and the promotional box are separate and unchecked by default. You can choose one, both or neither.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book and receive services without signing up for texts.

You can also opt in by texting START or SUBSCRIBE to our number.

After you opt in, we'll send a confirmation text.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on your inquiry, your appointment activity and the message types you chose.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates. We don't charge you for texts, but your carrier might.

5. How to Opt Out

You can stop messages at any time.

Reply STOP to any message. You can also use CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE or END.

After you opt out, we'll send one confirmation text. You won't receive more messages from that number unless you opt in again.

You can opt out of promotional messages and keep customer care messages, or opt out of both. To do that, reply STOP or contact us using the details in Section 7.

To sign up again, reply START or submit our contact form again.

8. Privacy and No Sharing of Your Information

We collect your mobile number and opt-in choices only to run this program. See our Privacy Policy at link.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number, or your text messaging opt-in data and consent, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information only with service providers that help us deliver messages, and only to provide this service. Those providers are not allowed to use it for any other purpose. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

9. Supported Carriers and Delivery

The program works on major US carriers.

Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We can't guarantee delivery. Delivery depends on your device, your coverage and your carrier.

Messages are for US mobile numbers only.

10. Your Responsibilities

You confirm that you are the account holder or primary user of the mobile number you provide.

You agree to give us accurate information.

You agree to tell us if you change or give up your number, so that someone else doesn't receive your messages. You can do this by replying STOP or contacting us.

11. Our Rights

We may change or end the program at any time.

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new date at the top of this page. If you keep receiving messages after an update, you accept the changes.

We may stop messaging a number that appears to be misused or that violates these Terms.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The text program is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, South Park Massage Therapy isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from the program. This includes delayed, failed or misdirected messages.

13. Message Content

Text messages are for appointment coordination and general business communication. They aren't medical advice. For a medical emergency, call 911.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable US federal law.
